Jackie Williston, LPC, LCDC, CST

I’m a licensed therapist with specialized training in trauma and sex therapy,

I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Texas Woman’s University. My training and experience have been focused on providing trauma informed care. I have worked with active duty and veteran members of the military, first responders, and survivors of sexual violence and intimate partner violence. I have experience working with combat trauma, moral injury, sexual trauma, and religious trauma.

I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and polycules work through trauma and explore challenges related to sexuality, intimacy, and relationships. I’m deeply committed to supporting clients in a way that honors their unique experiences. Whether you’re healing from past experiences, struggling with desire or connection, or wanting to feel more at ease in your body, therapy can help you move forward.

I understand that talking about trauma or sexual concerns can feel vulnerable. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and free from judgment.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care. I work at your pace, helping you build insight, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful change.
